Rewound is operated by Daniel Kafie. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and how to delete it.

Information we collect

We collect your email address, account and billing status, submitted video links, processing history, and the clips we create. If you connect YouTube or TikTok, we receive the account identifier, profile information, permissions, and access tokens needed to publish clips you approve.

How we use it

We use this information to operate Rewound, process and deliver clips, publish clips to accounts you connect, prevent abuse, provide support, and maintain billing records. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to run Rewound, such as Cloudflare, Stripe, email delivery services, YouTube, and TikTok, or when required by law. Their use is governed by their own policies.

Storage and security

Finished customer clips are deleted seven days after they are made. Account, billing, job, and publishing records are kept while needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Connected-platform tokens are restricted to the permissions you grant and stored with access controls.

Your choices

You may disconnect a platform through that platform's settings. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your Rewound data through the form on the help and contact page. We will verify the request and act on it within 30 days.
